How to Play Master Chess

2. Move Pieces: To make a move, first click on one of your chess pieces that has a legal move available. Valid squares where the piece can move will be highlighted. Then, click on your desired destination square to complete the move, adhering to each piece's unique movement rules.
3. Capture Foes: Capturing an opponent's piece occurs when you move one of your pieces to a square currently occupied by an enemy piece. The captured piece is then removed from the board, giving you a material advantage and opening up new lines of attack.
4. Checkmate King: The ultimate goal is to achieve checkmate. This happens when your opponent's king is under direct attack (in "check") by one of your pieces, and there are no legal moves available to them to escape the threat, such as moving the king, blocking the attack, or capturing the attacking piece.

Moving your central pawns forward and developing your knights and bishops to central squares early on creates strong positions for future attacks, restricts your opponent's pieces, and helps to defend your king effectively.
